덕양이노베이션센터(DYIC)는 R&D에 특화된 업무환경을 구축하기 위해
평촌 스마트산단 내에 조성된 기업형 오피스입니다.

개방성과 집중의 균형을 중심에 두고, 자연광과 조망, 기능적 동선을 통해
유연한 업무문화와 창의적 협업을 유도하는 공간으로 설계되었습니다.

‘아고라(Agora)’ 개념에서 착안한 커뮤니티 라운지와 오픈 스퀘어는
일 중심의 구조를 넘어 사람과 이야기, 경험이 흐르는 공간으로 확장됩니다.

The Doyang Innovation Center (DYIC) is a corporate office designed to support R&D-focused work environments within the Pyeongchon Smart Industrial Complex.

Balancing openness and focus, the space utilizes natural light, panoramic views, and efficient circulation to encourage flexible workflows and creative collaboration.

Inspired by the ancient concept of the Agora, the community lounge and open square transform the office into a place where interaction, storytelling, and shared experiences unfold beyond routine tasks.
